Intel Core processor, 16GB RAM minimum, 512GB SSD minimum, 3-year manufacturer warranty. No Celeron, no consumer-grade compromise. ThinkPad for laptops; ThinkCentre or ThinkStation for desktops.

Security-hardened before delivery

Device imaged, encryption enabled, antivirus installed, baseline security applied. It's ready to use the moment we hand it over.

On-site delivery and setup

Within driving distance of North Bay, we deliver and set up in person. For desktop bundles, we also handle the monitor mount, dock cabling, and peripheral connections. No shipping label, no activation app. Not within our range? No problem. We work with shipping and logistics agencies all across North America. We can still help procure and deliver the hardware you need.

90 days of Orderly Ops Core included

Ongoing antivirus, backups, monitoring, and dashboard access for the first 90 days. After that, continue at the Launchpad rate or step away — your choice.

Lenovo manufacturer warranty

Full Lenovo business warranty applies. If something fails, we handle the warranty conversation — you don't sit on hold with a manufacturer.

30-day post-deployment check-in

A scheduled call thirty days in, to address anything that came up during the first month of real use. Refinements happen then, not at the next crisis.

But we have the partnerships that allows us access to the huge IT inventories — and we'll procure whatever your organization actually needs. A single desktop, a meeting room display, twenty monitors for a new office, replacement keyboards in bulk, webcams, any IT device you need. Bundle structure is optional; partner pricing isn't.

Beyond the Bundle

Bundles are how most new customers start. But once we're your procurement partner, we handle whatever you need — from a single monitor to a full office refresh. Same partner pricing, same security configuration where applicable, same delivery model.

Individual workstations

Single laptops or desktops outside the standard bundle tiers. Custom configurations, specific Lenovo models, or replacement units when something fails.

Monitors and displays

Single monitors, dual-monitor setups, ultrawide displays, 4K production monitors. Sized to the role, not the catalog's premium tier.

Docking stations

Universal USB-C and Thunderbolt docks for laptop users. One cable to the dock, monitors and peripherals plug into the dock. Plus the cabling that holds it all together.

Discovery call (30 minutes, free)

We talk about who needs what, how it'll be used, and what your organization actually needs. We listen first; we don't quote on the call.

Recommendation and quote

Within 24 hours, we send a written recommendation and quote — a bundle, a single item, or a coordinated order. Flat pricing, no surprises.

Procurement and configuration

We order through our Lenovo 360 distributor channel, receive the items, and complete any security hardening or staging before delivery. Typical turnaround: 1-3 weeks depending on stock.

Delivery and on-site setup

We bring the hardware to your location and set it up in person. For workstations, that includes activating Core protection. For accessories, that includes whatever physical setup the situation requires.

Follow-up

For workstation bundles, a 30-day check-in is included. For other procurement, we follow up to confirm everything is working and answer any questions that came up during real use.

What does the warranty cover, and who do I call if something fails?

Every Lenovo device carries the full business warranty — 3 years standard on bundle tiers, with options to extend. If a device fails, you call us. We handle the warranty conversation with Lenovo so you don't have to navigate manufacturer support directly.

Can I order just one thing — not a full bundle?

Yes. Bundles are how most new customers start because they're easy to communicate and easy to deploy. But individual procurement is fully supported — a single laptop, a replacement monitor, a few keyboards. Whatever you need from the Lenovo catalog.

Do you ship outside the driving range of North Bay?

Yes, but the on-site setup component changes for remote customers. We still pre-configure, harden, and quality-check every device before shipping, and we run a video setup session at delivery time. Pricing reflects whether on-site or remote setup applies.

What happens after the 90-day Core trial ends?

Around day 75, we have a conversation about continuing. If Core has been useful, you move to the standard Launchpad or Titan subscription. If you'd rather not continue, we step away — no auto-charge, no friction. The device is yours either way.

Can we use our own devices with Orderly Ops Core instead?

Absolutely. Core works on any compatible Windows device. We offer bundles because most small organizations don't have the time or expertise to procure and configure business hardware safely — but if your devices are already in good shape, Core stands alone. See Core →

How does pricing work compared to ordering direct from Lenovo?

We pass Lenovo partner pricing through to our customers, plus a flat service fee that covers procurement coordination, security configuration, and on-site setup. For most small organizations, the total is similar to ordering direct — and you avoid the part where you have to do the configuration yourself.
